Pork Tenderloin Marinade

DIETITIAN RECIPE -

INGREDIENTS:  

1/2 cup Clearly by Best Choice Organic Olive Oil

1/4 cup Clearly by Best Choice Organic Worcestershire Sauce

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 Tablespoons Clearly by Best Choice Organic Brown Sugar

1 Tablespoon lemon juice

2 teaspoons Clearly by Best Choice Organic Dried Parsley

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon Clearly by Best Choice Organic Ground Pepper

2 cloves garlic, minced

DIRECTIONS: 

The marinade makes enough for 2 tenderloins that are 1-2 pounds each.

In a mixing bowl add all of the ingredients and whisk together. Place tenderloins in the bowl being sure the meat gets coated in marinade and is resting in the liquid. Cover bowl and place in refrigerator for at least an hour or leave in overnight. Remove tenderloins from the refrigerator about an hour before cooking so the contents are at room temperature.

The best way to cook pork tenderloin is by grilling or baking in the oven. Pork tenderloin is a lean cut of meat. It is very delicious when marinaded and cooked, just be sure not to overcook or the meat will be dry. Keep your meat thermometer handy! Cook until it reaches an internal temp of 145 degrees. Then let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
