November is National Peanut Butter Lover’s Month. These easy and delicious cookies can be made completely organic and gluten free!
3/4 cup Clearly Peanut Butter
1/2 cup Clearly Brown Sugar
1 large Clearly Cage Free egg
1 cup Old Fashioned Oats
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup Clearly Organic Chocolate Chips (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl cream together peanut butter and brown sugar with an electric mixer. Beat in the egg. Then add oats and baking soda. Mix well then add chocolate chips if desired. For small bite-size cookies drop the batter in about a tablespoonful amount on a baking sheet. For medium size cookies make a 2 tablespoonful size ball of dough. Place each cookie about 2 inches apart. Bake in a preheated oven for 8 to10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes.
