Lemony Goat Cheese Dip

Dip and veggies

This dip is perfect for your next spring gathering. The fresh lemon juice and creamy goat cheese pair well with fresh-cut veggies and whole-grain crackers.  

 

8 oz goat cheese, softened 

1/4 cup mayonnaise  

1/4 cup whole milk Greek yogurt 

2 Tablespoons lemon juice 

1/8 teaspoon Clearly Organic ground pepper 

Zest of one Clearly Organic lemon 

 

Add all the ingredients to a food processor or small blender. Reserve some lemon zest to add as a garnish when serving your dip. Blend ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Place contents in a bowl and refrigerate for an hour. When you are ready to serve your dip garnish the top with lemon zest and a sprinkle of Clearly Organic ground pepper. The dip can be served with fresh veggies, crackers, pita chips or tortillas. Lemony goat cheese can also be used as a spread for sandwiches and wraps.
