Easy Homemade Biscuits

DIETITIAN RECIPE -

Biscuits2 cups all-purpose flour, sifted  

2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 

1/2 teaspoon salt 

1 Tablespoon Clearly Organic Sugar 

1/2 cup cold butter, cubed 

1 1/4 cups Clearly Organic Whole Milk 

 

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a bowl. Cut in cold butter cubes with a fork or pastry bender until the flour mix becomes small crumbles. Add the milk and gently stir until contents are just combined. Drop the batter by the large spoonful onto a cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
