1 1/2 cups Clearly Penne Pasta, cooked
3 Tablespoons Clearly Olive Oil
2 cups broccoli florets
1 (8oz) package mushrooms, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 jar Clearly Marinara Sauce
1 pound shrimp, precooked
1/4 cup mozzarella, shredded
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
Fresh basil (optional)
Cook pasta al dente according to package directions. Drain and set aside. Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan over medium heat. Add broccoli and cook for 8 minutes, then add chopped mushrooms and minced garlic. Cook until mushrooms and garlic are browned. Add marinara sauce to the pan and stir to evenly distribute. Simmer for 15 minutes over medium-low. Add precooked shrimp and pasta. Continue simmering for 10 minutes. Add cheeses but reserve some for sprinkling on top. Add the desired amount to a bowl and serve topped with parmesan, mozzarella, and a fresh basil leaf.
