2 cups diced or shredded chicken
1/2 cup dried cherries, chopped
1/3 cup celery, finely chopped
1/2 cup Clearly by Best Choice Organic Raw Almonds, chopped
1/2 cup avocado mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons plain yogurt
1 Tablespoon honey mustard
1/2 teaspoon Clearly by Best Choice Organic Ground Pepper
Optional for serving: mixed greens, butter bib lettuce leaves, whole grain crackers, bread or croissants.
In a large bowl combine chicken, dried cherries, celery, almonds, mayonnaise, yogurt, honey mustard and ground pepper. Toss together being sure to distribute the mayonnaise. Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
