Blueberry and Golden Kiwi Fruit Salad

DIETITIAN RECIPE -

This simple fruit salad is full of color and loaded with juicy sweetness. The natural sugars in fruit make this a perfect dessert or healthy side dish.

1 1/2 cups blueberries

1 cup mango, skinned and sliced

1 cup strawberries, sliced

3 golden kiwis, skinned and sliced

2 green kiwis, skinned and sliced

Thoroughly wash the skins of all the fruit. Using a sharp knife peel the skin from the mango, golden kiwi, and green kiwi. Slice the mango, strawberries, golden kiwi, and green kiwi. Add blueberries, sliced mango, sliced strawberries, sliced golden kiwi, and sliced green kiwi to a medium-size salad bowl. Gently toss and serve chilled.
